Here I got AA in a $2/$4 game and win a nice 20 BB pot.

Here I a nice open-ended straight draw on the flop in a pot-limit game at JetSet. My opponent bet out pretty strong but not strong enough to ruin my odds. So I called and hit.

April 3rd, 2004 - WSEX Sit-N-Go

This game was odd. It was a "freeroll" at WSEX (not a freeroll but one of their $1 buy-in SNG tournaments with $40 added and $50 going to first place only.) It's a limit tournament and it's down to the final 6 players. I am the chip leader with 2,200 and the other players have 200 800 1,200 1,800 1,800. The blinds are somewhat high and there is a big pre-flop raising war which results in a 4-way all-in with the chip leader of the 4 players winning the hand. So now there's 3 players left - the chip leader with 5,400, me with 2,200 and another guy with 400. The chip leader quickly disposes of the straggler and now it's me vs. him with my 1,900 against his 6,100. The blinds are 500/1000 and I get A4o heads up so I raise all-in and I figure I am ahead and I know he is going to call just because of the chance to knock me out. He shows K4o and I am happy because he only has 3 outs. But he catches his 3-outer and I finish in the non-paying 2nd place. In 2 minutes I went from chip leader to out of the tournament - that just shows what the high blinds at the end of even a limit tournament will do to you.
