InstaDebit is not available to online poker players located in the United States. Their website even blocks US-based traffic based on IP address. For non-US users, InstaDebit has become a semi-popular option. Since they don't take US customers, there is no reason to think there that InstaDebit will have any regulatory trouble with the US authorities.
