What would you say helps you become more sucessful and what do you normally play online?

Play a lot of play money when you start. If you want to play for money start in the sit and goes that are cheap, $1-3. When i got the hang of it i started playing the higher ones. the once cent two cent tables are not worth it in my opinion, people go there to blow off steam. oh yeah and online poker is played way differently, much looser, but YOU still play tight, i guess people get crazy because they don't see the money leaving their hands.

Play is tighter online. Looser in live games. Its a patience thing. You see fewer hands live mant more online. People run out of patience sooner in a live game.

Hope you don't live in the US. Otherwise online is not an option currently.
