For my .5/1 HU cash games ive been running at about 8-10BB/100 over 15,000 hands, think hunting out the bad players is what it is due to. So im sure i can run at 6BB for .25/.5 and .5/1 but 1/2 and 2/4 is uncharted territory for me so I just reason that either i hit these targets or I shouldn't be playing these higher levels, we'll see over the next few months. Just used my stars points to buy into 2 WCOOP events so that should be fun, wish me luck!
