Raise the small/big more aggressivly. The tight players usually always moan when blinds raise and will do anything to slow down there raise...

If your playing against an ultra tight player just wait for the blinds to eat him/her alive. Motion at the start of the game to set aggrevise raising of the blinds.

These players cause me frustration too. But in heads up, even 3 left, you should eat them alive.
