Playing with real beginners

i'm taling about people who don't know how to deal holdem, how the bets are structured, what it means to check etc etc.

last night was my 'office' xmas party and they asked me to bring my chips so they could play poker. now a few people knew how to play while others claimed to know and is turned out didn't know much.

we ran a couple tourneys over the night and overall i think i'm going to cut back on my babysitting games. it's too tireing and i can't enjoy the poker.

after about the umpteenth time i had to explain that "you have to raise at least ........ ", i'm getting looks like i'm the asshole for trying to teach them to play proper poker.

should i just relax and let them play how they want? do beginners drive you crazy like they do me?

overall i came out ahead money wise but the fun level is just not there.
