Johnny Chan scam
Attention: Girls in Vegas
There's a limo driver who scams women using Johnny Chans name as his employer.. This is What happened to me: There's a man that just called me. He forgot he scammed me 2 months ago. He is combing the Craigs List as we speak for a girl to scam.2 months ago he called me ,and told me he is a limo driver. He has a Asian poker player man that he works for that he alleges the Asian guy is a high roller . He told me the whole scam and I fell for it2 months ago. Fortunate for me I remember him yelling at me at the end of it all, and giving back the 2 grand I got over the night. The unfortunate thing is it was my money I was pulling out from using the credit lines of the casinos. He likes to start at the MGM. He says, " The Asian guy that is the alleged high roller wants a girl for 2 weeks to a week. The Asian guy wants to pay 5 thousand to anywhere up to 9 thousand a day for our services. He then tells the girl once she gets to the casino that he needs a way of moving the money so he says," Go to the cage of the casino and sign a name on your own check book.. Big mistake! After you move all over casino to casino moving money into your pockets the guy grows more and more irritated with you. He ended up screaming at me over the phone and told me he was going to tell the cops on me if I don't give him his money back! I gave him the money and then the bill collectors from the casino wanted me to pay back my credit line. If you get a deal like that over the phone this week end or ever and it seems to good to be true then run!!! He is a older guy that drives a limo he claims and he will scam fruit loops out of a 10 year old if he was hungry. His number is, ***-***-3115 I'm sure if he could get 2 grand out of me that he will certainly try again with other girls. He has multiple names and multiple phone numbers. Ladies, just remember if you're running around casino to casino using your own check book or credit card just remember! If it's a line of credit it's your money you'll have to pay back to the casinos. Don't let that make you believe the money was his cause you only had 10 bucks in the bank. That money is yours!!! E-mail me or contact me anytime if you think someone is suspicious! Last edited by HPG ADMIN; 02-14-06 at 04:43 PM. |

Attention: Ladies In Las Vegas
More To The Scam Alert : I have more information on the guy who has been scamming women. Here's a private e-mail from another girl who that guy tried to scam.. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The same guy with the same story contacted me about a week ago: He's a limo driver with an Asian high-stakes poker player named Johnny Chan as his long-time client staying in a penthouse at MGM. The limo driver--"Robert"--asked me to check out Chan on the Web and call him back via the VIP desk at the MGM. Chan's named pulled up a multitude of articles on the Web, but when I called the MGM VIP desk, they said no driver named "Robert" worked there. I then hit re-dial on my caller ID and "Robert" answered saying "VIP Limos" though he said he was "Tommy" and the real "Robert" was on the phone. Told him he sounded like the guy who had just called; the same deep, gravily smoker's voice. He insisted it wasn't him and then grilled me on what "Tommy" using the name "Robert" had allegedly said to me all of which, he added, was "against corporate policy at VIP Limos." Told him I know it was him that called me and then I ended the conversation. I've heard nothing further from him. I thought I'd pass on my experience as well as the number off my Caller ID: ***-****. By the way, I just called the number and heard a message from a guy named "Robert" who sounds nothing like the guy I spoke to. Maybe Tommy and Robert are in this together, maybe Tommy is using Robert's name, but they both work at VIP Limo. Perhaps that's the place to start if you want to try to recoup your loss. Also, I don't mind you adding my experience to your posting, but PLEASE DON'T INCLUDE MY E-MAIL ADDRESS. Good luck. K. Last edited by HPG ADMIN; 02-14-06 at 04:42 PM. |

Only now he is using the name Alan with a phone number of 702.xxx.9627. The driver is of course "Robert" and he is going for alot more money. The story is the same, the amount is the same along with western union or bank draft from B of A. Naturally he tries to get as much information about you as he can so he can threaten you said information.
When his threat didn't scare me he turned quite mean. He said he downloaded my photo and sent it to the police and the hotel I was staying except I lied to him about the hotel so he hasn't a clue where I really was. I turned him in to the FBI. His tactics do not scare me. He is committing a multitude of crimes so I recorded his every word and will turn it over to the FBI when I meet with them. Question ... Does Johnny Chan know he is using his name and reputation to steal from women? I phoned The Naga Chinese Express that Mr. Chan owns in The Stratoshere and left a message but I doubt he will get it. I have been searching for any other contact info for Mr. Chan. If anyone has any please post it so he can be informed or at least tell him he is being exploited. Please include a link to this thread for his viewing. BTW ... The scam man got nothing from me. I am sorry that others were not as lucky. |

I got a call from Alan today. Saying that I would be paid $9000 a day with 20% going to the limo driver. He said that I would be able to shop everyday at Gucci and Prada and the casino would pay for it. He also said that I had to get my nails done everyday at the casino spa and that would also be paid for by the casino. He said that I had to not mind going to dinner and shows. I guess he feeds into what we really want out of a date. A dream trick. LOL Anyways, I didn't fall for the B.S. I hung up the phone and googled Chan's name and came up with this site. I feel bad for the girls that he is about to con, but I'm thinking like geesh, even if you think it's too good to be true, when do you get to the point where you pull out your checkbook, with your real name on it and use it for anything in this industry. At that point you should of immediately walked away or called security. But good luck in finding him. His cell phone number also ended in 3405
