It was an interesting tournament from start to finish. I found it to be relatively easy to get into the money. It didn't seem like anyone worried about their position on the leader board until we were down to the top 40 players. So I just sat back and unless I had position or a hand, I allowed my opponents to elliminate each other. I found that I had ample opportunity to make moves in the dealer position more frequently because of this reckless nature the amature players displayed. In the end, especially at the final table, I had to play some actual hands that in any other situation, I would have folded. 5th place was a good payday for me and I now have some foundation to work with in the upcomming World Series. But, I was never really a threat to win this event because The chip leader was 5 to 6 times my stack, which would have resulted in too many coin tosses at 50% .
