I was in the Animal Crossing community on Twitter this summer, and I had to leave it when it turned into the most toxic place I had ever seen. It was a clusterfuck of individuals trying to cancel each other constantly, totally wild.animal crossing - you CANNOT right a culture in animal crossing. It's hopeless. There is not any hairstyle/skin color combinations that can even begin to boundary cultural appropriation within the innocent game. Anybody who believes otherwise is just wrong, and some other subsequent points brought up that go against that argument could immediately be ignored, as they are incorrect.
Who'd had a picture in their heads of what the"space buns"/"afro puffs" were going to look like, then clicked the screenshot and was like"THAT'S exactly what they had been mad about? "It feels like that these people today reside very vacant lives devoid of real relationships/careers/hobbies should they have enough time and power to go so tough to something insignificant.I've really got an appointment on Friday with someone who apprenticed with them and now I'm even more excited.
I despise that you give Ian Miles Cheong a feeling of legitimacy in this and go on to discredit polygon. I have not been on Twitter in months but I can not recall a single tweeet from him where people didn't shake him for being a hack
