Make your own chips? Design ideas?
 

I was interested if anyone has ever tried (successfully or not) to make their own chips or design their own mold. What sort of materials would be necessary? Anybody got a clue on a recipe for the clay or can you buy it pre-made? What to make the mold out of? Better yet, anyone know a site that outlines the process. Any help at all would be appreciated. Thanks.
