Most online games take 5% - so they take $0.25 out of every $5.00 in the pot. Brick & Mortar usually takes 10%. There may be other miscellaneous rules like "No flop, no drop" which means that if there is no flop then the pot isn't raked.

standard is 10pct with a 4max on NL holdem.. and that is casino. it is also what i pull on my game.

In a home game there should be no rake. Otherwise it's an underground game.
