Thus if I had an ROI of 20% I would receive 2 dollars for every 10+1 tournament I played. A good ROI is about 20-30% depending on the quality of players. Making 200 for twenty tournaments would mean placing 3rd or higher almost every time.

You have to count the vig. Not counting in the buy-in cost highly distorts one's ROI.
