With only one card after the flop, yeah, you basically don't have pot odds to draw to the last card. I guess that's easy.

As far as I can tell this game is all about preflop hand selection. Three of a kind, three suited with one of them big, or big pairs with one of them suited, would be the raising hands. Three connectors, and medium pairs with a big suited card would be calling hands. Pretty much averything else is junk.

Position is huge, because the preflop raising should get rid of most of the crap, and the flop is likely to miss whoever is left. Unless you flop the straight or flush, it's almost impossible to get pot odds to call to the turn...unless you play with some of the people I play with. *evil chuckle*
