You can not charge a higher entry fee to one group of qualifiers and not have the rest of the field pay the same higher fee. This is discriminatory.

Perhaps they should begin running a series of tournies year-round, and make the WSOP invite-only. This way, the online rooms would only be able to send players to these qualifier tournies, and these players would have to prove themselves against others before the main event.

Oh yeah, if one of these online players does qualify, they can pay the main event's entry fee THEMSELVES, out of the cash won at the qualifier, if they want to play in July.
