I believe the odds of you hitting that runer runner are 1 in 990 ((45/2) * 44). That seems smaller than you would think. Of course the odds of you guys being in that situation in the first place are astronmically higher.
Was this in a home game or casino? If that were me I probably wouldn't have even noticed that I won the hand.
