Legal in ohio for home games???

Alright so its pretty obvious that playing a home game in ohio is legal but what are the stipulations? I have heard as long as there is no house rake(profit) then it is legal. Also if it is private it is legal. Does there need to be a membership for private games? questions like that. Any help would be appreciated and sources would be great if possible.
