This is an underrated site and not a site most people play on regularly even though the games are looose and the traffic is just high enough to get a game anytime. I hope they make a comeback.

Ridiculous software. Go play somewhere else.

I was disconnected so many times in the middle of hands it was pathetic. When I cashed out, they took my deposit bonus. I was disconnected so often I didn't play enough hands. Tech support blamed me, even though later on their whole site crashed and was out of commission most of the night.

Really good software, but takes forever to connect and the drop-outs are crazy. They were also down for "scheduled maintenance" for almost two days with no noticable change in the software. There is rarely anybody on during the morning/mid-afternoon times so you end up having to stay on a waiting list most of the time. There bonus is nearly impossible to achive. You have to get 10x the amount of your bonus in planet points. In 3 days of solid play in a NL $25 table, I only achieved 14 planet points. Since my bonus amount was $25.00, that would equate to 250 planet points which would put me into next year before seeing that bonus (which they took away immediately after I cashed out my initial deposit).

Horrible. Used to be good, but this site has gone downhill fast. Their biggest problem is customer cheating. A lot of that goes around. I played on it a lot in the past, now I am cashing out never to return.
