Bonus Odds, confusing

It's pretty easy to look up what the odds of making a Str8 flush or such out of the 7 cards. HoldEm

Difficulty would be an example:
Odds of any quads
Odds of a specific quad (bonus for 4 Jacks only)
Odds if you have to have 1 of the cards in ur hand
Ods if you have to have 2 of the cards in ur hand.

Another example, specific boat like 333/QQ only bonus.
Now add two of the cards have to be in ur hand.

It's the requirement that 2 of the cards have to be in your hand that makes it difficult for me to figure out.
