Post need help formatting our home game

just got a home poker room together that seats 24. had a tournament director to run things but we are now left to figure things out. have TD software to handle tourney structure, payoiuts, etc... want to do cash games but have no experience with these in a home game atmosphere... and with that many players in a home setting and no director, how do we handle disputes, control the riff raff, etc... we are in a residential neighborhood and want zero trouble. any pointers are appreciated.
