Ace King in Low Limit Hold Em.

OK, Phill Hellmuth says that you should bet the flop even if there is no ace or king on the board. T.J. Cloutier says that Ace King is crap if someone bets and you should fold your hand because all you have is Ace King. Now In Limit hold em it is hard to bluff. Everyone calls to the river and the person who has a pair of dueces will call. Which Stategy is the most correct? How do you play Ace King after a crap flop? :
