Not being at your table when the action is to you : allowed but you are folded.
Talk on a cell phone : not allowed.
Acting out of turn : you can't get your chips back if you are raised.
Rabbit hunting : not allowed.
Not paying attention to the hand : not allowed.
Turning over another players mucked cards without his permission : not allowed at all.
Political Correctness : not allowed.
Drinks : strongly recommended (in fact, you even have to bring some).
Food : yes (but not at the poker table).
Women and pets : women allowed, dogs NOT allowed.
