Stop-loss?

Does anyone here ever use a stop-loss? Personally I like to quit when I am down 25 BB in 1 session.

I think its good to pretend like you only have one buy in and thats it, so u'll play a good tight-aggressive game, but if u lose and the game's still good you should get back in there. If you lose again and its evident that the cards just won't hold up tonight, its time to say "nice playing with you guys" and head for the door.

Its time to go

Try 1 to 2 but more important. you should know when to get up when your winning or your never going to leave a winner. I wish I could take my own advice on this one and its got to be one of the hardest things in poker to do. Plan an simple leiving 2 down or two up.

Never plan on leaving when your up unless you feel like the conditions that are bringing you money have changed period.
