  • Tournaments will be held every Saturday and Sunday beginning at 4:00 p.m. running from November 1, 2008 to April 19, 2009 for a total of fifty tournaments. The final tournament will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2009 beginning at 12:00noon.
  • The entry fee per tournament will be $60 plus the normal seat fee. $40 of the entry will go to the daily tournament payout and $20 will go to the pool for the WSOP final tournament. The final tournament will have no entry fee for the qualifying members.
  • Eastside Players Club will award one free entry into the main event of the 2009 World Series of Poker and $2,000 in spending money for every $12,000 in the prize pool. Any money left in the prize pool that does not equal $12,000 will be paid out to the player who finishes on the bubble for the seats in the final tournament. There will be no deals permitted between players during either the preliminary or the final tournament. All tournaments must be played to its conclusion with the exception of the final tournament where more than one seat will be awarded and there is only the same number of players remaining as there are grand prizes.
  • All preliminary tournaments will be run using the standard Eastside Players Club tournament structure of 5,000 starting chips and 20-minute blind levels. There will be no bonus 500 chip awarded for this tournament, and in order to receive your points for the tournament, you must inform the tournament director when you are eliminated or else you will receive no points. The final tournament held on April 26, 2009 will be a quadruple-stack tournament (20,000 starting chips) using the standard 20-minute blind levels.
  • The final tournament will be an invitation-only tournament based on accumulated points earned throughout the season. The final tournament will have twenty players per WSOP seat to be awarded. A scale of points to be awarded per preliminary tournament will be posted in the club and standings will be updated within 24 hours of the completion of the latest preliminary tournament.
  • Eastside Players Club reserves the right to change the format of the league, postpone and/or cancel any preliminary tournament, change the blind structure or the format of the final tournament without notice. Should there be any changes required, Eastside Players Club will make its best effort to inform all members of any change made, but do not guarantee any notice given for changes.
  • All other house rules will apply to the league. Should there be any dispute on a rule or the format of the league, the league director will have the final say on all matters. If you have any questions or wish to know more information, please call the club at 614-524-4627 or come to the club directly and ask for the WSOP League director.
