Although they seem like a convenient option, prepaid debit cards have not become a popular banking option. Many sites either do not offer them, or they seem to get rejected many times. You may need to look around quite a while in order to find a site where you can use prepaid debit cards.

I wish to recieve my money on a pre-paid Visa debit card so that I don't have the hassles we are all so familiar with with banking.
