Marco Traniello is a professional poker player and is married to Jennifer Harman.
Before getting into poker, he worked as a professional hairdresser, captain of an oil ship, and a real estate agent. He met his future wife, Jennifer Harman, while on vacation to America in 1999.
He first played in the WSOP in 2005, and cashed in 7 different events (tied for the most cashes that year with Michael Mizrachi and Tony Cousineau), including the final table of the $2,000 pot limit hold'em event. He cashed 4 more times in 2006 and 2007, 5 times in 2008, and twice more in 2009. He has 22 cashes and WSOP earnings of $377,013. His best WSOP cash being a 5th place finish in the 2007 $10,000 World Championship Pot-Limit Omaha Event for $156,435. He also has 3 WPT cashes.
He writes for Card Player magazine, is a sponsored professional player on Full Tilt Poker, and has total live tournament winnings (as of 2009) that exceed $470,000.
